We provide a full 90-day return for refund warranty from the day of you receiving your purchase. Please inspect the product you receive and let us know if there is any issue in these 7 days. Any issues reported after this will not qualify for a full refund or replacement and become a warranty situation.

Special order items will be covered by warranty only, and we are not able to fully refund if the distributor’s policy is warranty only.

The product must be in saleable condition and return shipping is Slec Security responsibility. All ammunition and reloading component sales are also refundable. Items Returned are no longer able to be sold as new and a 5% restocking fee will be applied but will be waived if refund is requested within 30 days. Improperly returned, improperly reassembled, or items missing parts will be addressed on a case by case basis. Refunds will be processed within one 24 hours of product receipt at our discrete location.

The bank processing fee (1% of the total price) incurred for canceling the order will be borne by the customer if refund is requested after 30 days. The Bank processing fee will not be charged if refund as store credit within 7 days.

Returns

All refund or exchange will only be issued within 90 days of items from the date you receive your items.

Returned items must be in the original unopened package and with original receipt.

No exchange or return will be processed without the original receipt.

Any item not in its original condition or has damaged or missing parts not due to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

The refund will be processed onto the original method of payment used.

Regular priced items may be refunded alongside sale items .

Exchanges

All Merchandise is guaranteed by the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged once consent is obtained by the Manufacturer.

To return your product you will need to goto your account after submitting a refund request through the contact form a return address will be posted to your account profile automatically which will be our secret drop off refund location which is valid for 3 days to used.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise you to consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
